The Welfare Reform Act 2007 (Commencement No. 12) Order 2010
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 70(2) of the Welfare Reform Act 2007( ).
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform Act 2007 (Commencement No. 12) Order 2010.
Appointed day
2. 27th July 2010 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Welfare Reform Act 2007—
(a) section 29 insofar as it relates to paragraphs 7 and 8 of Schedule 4;
(b) paragraph 7 of Schedule 4 (treatment of existing awards); and
(c) paragraph 8 of Schedule 4 (transitional allowances).
