The Minister for the Cabinet Office makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 78(6) and 79(2) and (3) of the Charities Act 2006( 1 ):
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Charities Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5, Transitional and Transitory Provisions and Savings) (Amendment) Order 2010.
Amendment of the Charities Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5, Transitional and Transitory Provisions and Savings) Order 2008
2. —(1) The Charities Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5, Transitional and Transitory Provisions and Savings) Order 2008( 2 ) is amended as follows.
(2) In Articles 1, 6, 11, 19, 24 and 26 for “1st September 2010”, in each place, substitute “1st September 2011”.
