The National Lottery Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2010

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the National Lottery Act 2006( 1 ).

Citation and interpretation

1. This order may be cited as the National Lottery Act 2006 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2010.

Commencement

2. Section 5 of the National Lottery Act 2006 shall come into force on 6th January 2010.
