The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Children Act 2004( 1 ):

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Children’s Trust Board (Children and Young People’s Plan) (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 31st October 2010.

Revocation

2.The Children’s Trust Board (Children and Young People’s Plan) (England) Regulations 2010( 2 ) are revoked.
