The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 243(2) and (3) of the Companies Act 2006( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Disclosure of Address) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 1st October 2010.

Amendment to the Companies (Disclosure of Address) Regulations 2009

2. —(1) The Companies (Disclosure of Address) Regulations 2009( 2 ) are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1, after “the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Services;” insert “the Marine Management Organisation;”.
