The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 269(4) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2010.

Provisions coming into force on 30th September 2010

2. Sections 23 to 27 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 come into force on 30th September 2010.

Provision coming into force on 28th February 2011

3. Section 202(3) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 comes into force on 28th February 2011.
