The Lord President of the Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 43(1) of the Political Parties and Elections Act 2009 ( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Political Parties and Elections Act 2009 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2010.

Appointed date

2.Section 6 of the Political Parties and Elections Act 2009 (number of Electoral Commissioners) comes into force on 1st October 2010.
