The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 2(2) and (4), 101 and 146(1) to (2) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Renewal Grants (Prescribed Form and Particulars) (Revocation) (England) Regulations 2010 and shall come into force on 31st October 2010.
Revocations
2. The instruments listed in column 1 of the table below (which have the references listed in column 2) are revoked to the extent indicated in column 3:
