Her Majesty, in exercise of the power conferred on Her by section 37(2) of the British Nationality Act 1981( 1 ), by and with the advice of her Privy Council, orders as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the British Nationality (Rwanda) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 10th March 2010.
2. In Schedule 3( 2 ) to the British Nationality Act 1981 (countries whose citizens are Commonwealth citizens), insert “Rwanda” at the appropriate place.
