The Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2010

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8B(5) of the Immigration Act 1971( 1 ):

1. This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2010 and shall come into force on 20th December 2010.

2. For the Schedule to the Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) Order 2000( 2 ) substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.

3. The Immigration (Designation of Travel Bans) (Amendment) Order 2009( 3 ) is revoked.
