The Legal Services Act 2007 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2010

The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 211(2) of the Legal Services Act 2007( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Act 2007 (Commencement No. 9) Order 2010.

Commencement of provisions

2. Sections 80 and 81 of the Legal Services Act 2007 come into force on 30th November 2010.
