The Crime and Security Act 2010 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2010
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 59(1) of the Crime and Security Act 2010( ).
Citation and interpretation
1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Crime and Security Act 2010 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2010.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Crime and Security Act 2010.
Provisions coming into force on 31st January 2011
2. The day appointed for the coming into force of the following sections of the Act is 31st January 2011:
(a) section 37 (application for variation or discharge of injunction);
(b) section 38 (power of court to remand).
