Their Lordships make the following Order of Council in exercise of the power conferred by article 1(5) of the Pharmacy Order 2010( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Pharmacy Order 2010 (Commencement No.1) Order of Council 2010 and comes into force on 12th March 2010.

Appointed day

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of paragraph 12(b) of Schedule 4 to the Pharmacy Order 2010 is 12th March 2010.
