The Greater London Authority (Consolidated Budget Requirement Procedure) Regulations 2010

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 10 of Schedule 6 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999( 1 ), makes the following Regulations:

Citation, commencement and application

1. —(1) These Regulations—

(a) may be cited as the Greater London Authority (Consolidated Budget Requirement Procedure) Regulations 2010, and

(b) come into force on 14th January 2011.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to the financial year beginning on 1st April 2011 only.

Modification of the Greater London Authority Act 1999

2. In paragraph 3(4) (draft consolidated budget) of Schedule 6 to the Greater London Authority Act 1999 , for “1st February” substitute “11th February”.
