The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 75(2) and Schedule 1, paragraph 26(1), to the Pensions Act 2008( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation Naming and Financial Year Order 2010 and shall come into force on 5 th July 2010.

Name of the body corporate referred to in section 75 of the Pensions Act 2008

2. The name of the body corporate referred to in section 75 of the Pensions Act 2008 shall be the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation.

The financial year of the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation

3. For the purposes of Paragraph 26(1) of Schedule 1 to the 2008 Act, the financial year in relation to the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation is the 12 months ending on the 31 st of March in each year.
