The Academies Act 2010 (Commencement and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2010

The Secretary of State for Education makes the following order in exercise of the power conferred by section 19(2) of the Academies Act 2010( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Academies Act 2010 (Commencement and Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2010.

Amendment of the Academies Act 2010 (Commencement and Transitional Provisions) Order 2010

2. In Column 1 of the table in Schedule 3 to the Academies Act 2010 (Commencement and Transitional Provisions) Order 2010( 2 ) omit “Section 12(4)”.
