The Perpetuities and Accumulations Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2010

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 22(2) of the Perpetuities and Accumulations Act 2009( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Perpetuities and Accumulations Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2010.

Provisions coming into force

2. Sections 1 to 21 of and the Schedule to the Perpetuities and Accumulations Act 2009 shall come into force on 6th April 2010.
