The Holocaust (Return of Cultural Objects) Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2010

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(3) of the Holocaust (Return of Cultural Objects) Act 2009( 1 ).

In accordance with section 4(5) of that Act the Secretary of State has consulted the Scottish Ministers.

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Holocaust (Return of Cultural Objects) Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2010.

2. The day appointed for the purposes of section 4(3) of the Holocaust (Return of Cultural Objects) Act 2009 (Commencement) is 13th January 2010.
