The Policing and Crime Act 2009 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2010

The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 116(3) of the Policing and Crime Act 2009( 1 ), make the following Order.

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Policing and Crime Act 2009 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2010.

Commencement

2. The day appointed as the day on which sections 98, 99 and 101 of, and Part 9 of Schedule 8 (and section 112(2) so far as relating to that Part) to, the Policing and Crime Act 2009 come into force is 25th January 2010.
