The Lord Chief Justice, with the agreement of the Lord Chancellor, makes the following Rules in exercise of the power conferred by section 32 of the Coroners Act 1988( 1 ).

1. These rules may be cited as the Coroners (Amendment) Rules 2010.

2. 2. In the definition of “the appropriate Local Safeguarding Children Board” in rule 57A of the Coroners Rules 1984( 2 ), after “section 13(1)” insert “or 31(1)”.
