The Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 33J(2) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“the Act”) ( 1 ):
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Specified Sixth Form College Corporation Order 2010 and comes into force on 1st April 2010.
Designation
2. The sixth form college corporations listed in the Schedule to this Order are specified for the purposes of section 33J(2) of the Act.
