The Northern Ireland Act 2009 (Commencement No.2) Order 2010

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(7) of the Northern Ireland Act 2009( 1 ), makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland Act 2009 (Commencement No.2) Order 2010.

2. Those provisions of the Northern Ireland Act 2009 that are not already in force shall come into force on the 12th April 2010.
