The Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Commencement No. 14) Order 2011

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004( 1 ).

Citation and extent

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Commencement No. 14) Order 2011.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.

Commencement

2. Section 9 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (domestic homicide reviews: establishment and conduct of reviews) shall come into force on 13th April 2011, in so far as it extends to England and Wales.
