The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 19(2) of the Academies Act 2010( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Academies Act 2010 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2011.

Provision coming into force on 1st August 2011

2. 1st August 2011 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 12(4) of the Academies Act 2010.
