The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(1) and (2) of the Broadcasting Act 1996( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and Commencement

1. This order may be cited as the Multiplex Licence (Broadcasting of Programmes in Gaelic) (Revocation) Order 2011 and comes into force on 23rd May 2011.

Revocation of Orders

2. The following Orders are revoked—

(a) The Multiplex Licence (Broadcasting of Programmes in Gaelic) Order 1996( 2 ); and

(b) The Multiplex Licence (Broadcasting of Programmes in Gaelic) Order 2008( 3 ).
