The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(3) of the Access to Justice Act 1999( 1 ), makes the following Order.

2. In section 1(3) of the Access to Justice Act 1999โ€”

(a) in paragraph (a), for โ€œsevenโ€ substitute โ€œfourโ€; and

(b) in paragraph (b), for โ€œtwelveโ€ substitute โ€œsixโ€.
