The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 104, 112(1) and 113(4) and (5) of the Scotland Act 1998( 1 ):

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (Consequential Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2011 and comes into force on 30th June 2011.

Amendment of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2010

2.The Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2010( 2 ) is amended as follows.

3. Article 6 is omitted.
