The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 4(1), 22(3), and 37(3) of the Extradition Act 1989( 1 ) and section 7(2) of the Nuclear Material (Offences) Act 1983( 2 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is ordered, as follows:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Overseas Territories (Change of Name) (No. 2) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 8th July 2011.

Amendment of an instrument

2.Schedule 4 to the Extradition (Protection of Nuclear Material) Order 1997( 3 ) is amended by—

(a) deleting the words “and Dependencies” after the words “Falkland Islands”;

(b) inserting in the list of territories, in the appropriate alphabetical position, “South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands”;

(c) replacing the words “St Helena and Dependencies” with the words “St Helena, Ascension and Tristan da Cunha”.
