The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(a) of Schedule 1 to the Education Act 2002( 1 ):

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the School Governance (Contracts) (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 20th July 2011.

Revocation

2. The School Governance (Contracts) (England) Regulations 2005( 2 ) are revoked.
