Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 2(1)(a) of Schedule 9 to the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Chief Regulator of Qualifications and Examinations Order 2011 and comes into force on 14th July 2011.

Appointment of chair of the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation

2. Amanda Spielman is appointed to chair the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation.
