The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in pursuance of paragraph (c) of Schedule 2 to the Charities Act 1993( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Exempt Charities Order 2011 and shall come into force on 1st August 2011.

2. York St John University (Company Number: 04498683) is hereby declared to be an exempt charity for the purposes of the Charities Act 2006.
