The Horserace Betting and Olympic Lottery Act 2004 (Commencement No.5) Order 2011

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(1) and (2) of the Horserace Betting and Olympic Lottery Act 2004( 1 ):
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as The Horserace Betting and Olympic Lottery Act 2004 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2011.
Commencement
2. The following provisions of the Horserace Betting and Olympic Lottery Act 2004 shall come into force on 13th July 2011:
-
section 13 but only to the extent that it relates to paragraphs 12, 13, 19, 21 and 22 of Schedule 2;

section 38 but only to the extent that it relates to the provisions of Schedule 6 specified below;

in Schedule 6 the repeal of section 17 of the National Lottery etc Act 1993( 2 ), the whole of the Horserace Totalisator Board Act 1997 ( 3 ), and in Part IV of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ( 4 ), “The Horserace Totalisator Board”.
