The Secretary of State, after consulting the bodies specified in section 152(2) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009( 1 ), makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 152(1) of that Act.

Citation and commencement

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Inshore Fisheries and Conservation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2011.

(2) This Order comes into force on 7th March 2011.

Amendment to the Cornwall Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010

2. —(1)Article 16 of the Cornwall Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010( 2 ) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit paragraph (1).

Amendment to the Isles of Scilly Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010

3. —(1)Article 16 of the Isles of Scilly Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Order 2010( 3 ) is amended as follows.

(2) Omit paragraph (1).
