The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 32(3) of the Education Act 2002( 1 ):

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Changing of School Session Times (England) (Revocation) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 1st September 2011.

Revocation

2. The Changing of School Session Times (England) Regulations 1999( 2 ) are revoked.
