The European Union Act 2011 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2011

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(2) of the European Union Act 2011( 1 ), makes the following order.

Citation

1. This order may be cited as the European Union Act 2011 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2011.

Commencement

2. Part 1 of, and Schedule 1 to, the European Union Act 2011 shall come into force on 19th August 2011.
