Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(5) of Schedule 1 to the Films Act 1985( 1 ), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to make the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1. This order may be cited as the Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 16th February 2011.
Amendment to the Films Co-Production Agreements Order 1985
2.The Films Co-Production Agreements Order 1985( 2 ) shall be amended as follows—
(a) in article 2, after “and” add “the international organisations, authorities or”,
(b) by substituting for the schedule the following–

Revocation
3.The Films Co-Production Agreements (Amendment) Order 2009( 3 ) is revoked.
