The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 154(5) of the Transport Act 2000( 1 ):

Citation, commencement and application

1. —(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Bus Service Operators Grant (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and they come into force on 1st November 2011.

(2) These Regulations apply to England only.

Amendment of regulations

2. —(1) The Bus Service Operators Grant (England) Regulations 2002( 2 ) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2, omit the definitions of “apex fare”, “domestic coach service” and “statutory travel concession permit”.

(3) In regulation 3–

(a) omit paragraph (1)(d); and

(b) omit paragraph (5).

Revocation

3. The Bus Service Operators Grant (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2003( 3 ) are revoked.
