The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Cambridge City Fringes Joint Committee (Revocation) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 21st December 2011.

Revocation

2.The Cambridge City Fringes Joint Committee Order 2009( 2 ) is revoked.
