The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 7(1), (2) and (4) of Schedule 3 to the Competition Act 1998( 1 ), makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Competition Act 1998 (Public Policy Exclusion) (Revocation) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 30th December 2011

Revocation

2. The Competition Act 1998 (Public Policy Exclusion) Order 2007( 2 ) is revoked.
