The Estates of Deceased Persons (Forfeiture Rule and Law of Succession) Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2011

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 4(2) of the Estates of Deceased Persons (Forfeiture Rule and Law of Succession) Act 2011( 1 ).

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Estates of Deceased Persons (Forfeiture Rule and Law of Succession) Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2011.

Commencement

2. Sections 1, 2 and 3 of the Estates of Deceased Persons (Forfeiture Rule and Law of Succession) Act 2011 come into force on 1 ^st February 2012.
