Citation, commencement, extent and application
1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Belarus (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 16th December 2011.
(2) This Order shall extend to the territories listed in the Schedule.
(3) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Belarus (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) Order 2011( 3 ).
Amendment of the principal Order
2. The principal Order is amended as follows—
(a) The definition of “Council Regulations” is deleted from article 2(1).
(b) For article 21(3) substitute—
“ (3) A relevant institution shall inform the Governor without delay if it credits a frozen account in accordance with article 17(3). ”
