The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council

Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 15(5) of the Trading with the Enemy Act 1939( 1 ) is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Trading with the Enemy (Revocation) Order in Council 2011 and comes into force on 15th December 2011.

Revocation

2. The Orders specified in the Schedule are revoked.
