The Post Office Limited (Designation) Order 2011

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 6(1)(c) of the Postal Services Act 2011( 1 ):

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Post Office Limited (Designation) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 15th December 2011.

Designation of Post Office Limited

2. Post Office Limited (registered number 02154540) is designated for the purposes of section 6(1) of the Postal Services Act 2011.
