The Crime and Security Act 2010 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2011

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 59(1) of the Crime and Security Act 2010( 1 ).

Citation and interpretation

1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Crime and Security Act 2010 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2011.

(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Crime and Security Act 2010.

Provisions coming into force on 9th January 2012

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of the following sections of the Act is 9th January 2012:

(a) section 34 (grant of injunction: minimum age);

(b) section 35 (review on respondent to injunction becoming 18);

(c) section 36 (consultation of youth offending team);

(d) section 39 (powers of court on breach of injunction by respondent under 18).
