The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 135(2) and 210(7)(b) of the Education Act 2002( 1 ):

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Head Teachers’ Qualifications) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 1st April 2011.

Amendment of the Education (Head Teachers’ Qualifications) (England) Regulations 2003

2. In regulation 5(2)(c) of the Education (Head Teachers’ Qualifications) (England) Regulations 2003( 2 ), for “80A or 80B of the Employment Rights Act 1996” substitute “80A, 80AA, 80B or 80BB of the Employment Rights Act 1996”.
