The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 136(a) and (c), 145 and 210(7) of the Education Act 2002( 1 ).

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Further Education Teachers’ Qualifications (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and come into force on 1st April 2011.

Amendment of the Further Education Teachers’ Qualifications (England) Regulations 2007

2. The Further Education Teachers’ Qualifications (England) Regulations 2007( 2 ) are amended as set out in regulation 3.

3. In regulation 2—

(a) in paragraph (1), omit the definition of “LLUK”;

(b) in paragraph (2)(c), for “LLUK” substitute “IfL”.
