The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(1) of the Airports Act 1986( 1 ):

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Airport Byelaws (Designation) Order 2011 and comes into force on 13th April 2011.

Designation

2. Shoreham Airport is designated for the purposes of section 63 of the Airports Act 1986.
