The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2012

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 121(1) and 122(3) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004( 1 ) and after consultation with the Welsh Ministers( 2 ) makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No. 13) Order 2012.

Provisions coming into force on 30 April 2012 in relation to Wales

2. Sections 40 and 41 of, and Schedule 1 to, the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 so far as not already in force, shall come into force in relation to Wales on 30 April 2012.
