The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 100(5) of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008( 1 ).

1. This Order may be cited as the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2012.

2. Section 26 of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (issue and revision of code of practice) shall come into force on 30th April 2012.
