The Designation of Rural Primary Schools (England) Order 2012

The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Order in exercise of powers conferred by section 15 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006( 1 ):

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as The Designation of Rural Primary Schools (England) Order 2012 and comes into force on 3rd May 2012.

Designation of rural primary schools

2. The schools published on the Department for Education’s website in a list called β€œDesignated Rural Primary Schools” on 1st May 2012 are designated as rural primary schools in England.

Revocation

3.The Designation of Rural Primary Schools (England) Order 2009( 2 ) is revoked.
